Create a mould so that you can make multiple replicas of an entire object.

This course teaches participants how to make a two-part silicone mould of the whole surface of a three-dimensional object. These moulds can then be used for casting multiple replicas of the original object.

The course covers the techniques of building mould walls by sculpting clay and pouring silicone rubber. It also teaches methods for separating and rejoining the mould halves.

The course is led by art technician Chris Campbell-Palmer who has a degree in Sculpture from Camberwell College of Arts and many years’ experience working with leading artists as a sculpture fabricator, gallery technician and film set mould maker.
